Dear Friends: It is my understanding that my HB 66 to exempt Virginia manufacturers of incandescent light bulbs from the Federal ban on manufacture and sale of such light bulbs in the Commonwealth of Virginia will be heard in the Commerce & Labor Subcommittee #2 on Thursday, January 26, 2012, immediately upon adjournment of the full Commerce & Labor Committee which meets 1/2 hour after the adjournment of the House (which will likely be around 1:30) in House Room D of the General Assembly building. The meeting will likely start no earlier than 2:30. I would appreciate you spreading the word about the meeting and asking supporters to contact the members of the subcommittee particularly if they reside in a subcommittee member's district.
